Rapid
prototyping of design models are produced using stereolithography.
SLA models c an be
manufactured within one to four business days
which provides the “need it now “ deliveries
that are always expected during the conceptual
modeling phase of a project.
Aluminum castings and zinc castings are produced
using the Rubber Plaster Mold process (RPM).
This rapid prototyping method, which utilizes stereolithography, is used to manufacture
simulated die castings with lead-time for
prototype castings generally falling between two
to four weeks. That’s PDQ (Prototypes
Delivered Quickly)!
Rapid
Injection Molding is used to produce
plastic
prototypes. Our
urethane castings allows
rapid
prototyping of plastic designs which yields fit,
form, and function parts within the time span of
five to ten business days.
